Conner Daniel is the owner /president and lead Commercial Appraiser of Landmark Appraisal & Advisory. Conner's career in the appraisal industry began working in the Madison County area for a local tax assessment office. There he gained valuable insights into the implications of property tax on all property. Conner then transitioned into the independent fee appraiser industry working for Cushman & Wakefield in the Huntsville, AL office. In his time there he learned and provided appraisal services to a wide range of clients on property in the north Alabama and southern Tennessee areas. After his time with Cushman & Wakefield, Conner joined Colliers, an international Commercial Real Estate firm. There he worked in all areas covering north Alabama providing appraisal and advisory services to clients.
Throughout his career, Conner has provided appraisal services for clients of all sizes on properties ranging in value from as little as $250,000 to over $50,000,000 in value. After obtaining his Certified General Appraiser license in the state of Alabama, Conner started Landmark Appraisal & Advisory. Starting this company has allowed him to provide a unique professional, transparent, and client oriented service to his clients. Being a small business servicing the entire state allows our company to be agile, tailoring our services to fit various client specific needs.
